Sam Stock Associates provides consultancy and project management services specialising in office relocations and interior build outs.  The holisitic approach we use for each project undertaken ensures we meet our key objective :

Offering a complete turnkey range of services that minimise risk and maximise time and investment by the client, Sam Stock Associates provide services including assisting with sourcing the premises, agreeing a brief, design, budget and timeline.  Working with the in house client team we would be recommending, tendering and selecting contractors and suppliers, executing all contract documentation and project managing the fit out through to completion.

We encompass all elements of the work environment, incuding IT, audio visual, interior architecture, construction and decoration, and the selection and sourcing of office furniture and fittings. 

The utilisation of our services will ensure the delivery of a work environment that meets with your expectations, on budget and on time with no surprises, allowing you to focus on establishing your business.

The founder of the business, Sam Stock, has hands on involvement in every project.  She brings over a decade of experience having worked in Goldman Sachs consulting team assisting Financial Sector clients with project management services for thier office fit outs.  Having personally handled well over 100 projects varying in size from 1500 sqft to 15,000 sqft.  You can rest assured of our experience.
